Strength and Dignity

"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise and she gives instruction with kindness. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness."
(Proverbs 31:25-27)

Father, I long to grow in the beauty of the Proverbs 31 woman. Give me the confidence that comes from trusting you, so that I may release all my worries and fears into your capable hands. I pray that you grant me wisdom and discernment so I never speak unkind words to those around me. Help me to be diligent in caring for my home and my family. I long to exhibit your strength and your dignity as I offer all that I do to you. In Jesus' precious name, Amen.

Blessings,

  6. It is so easy just to sit back and let things fall where they may, isn't it? But, I pray that each day I find the strength and encouragement to laugh without fear of the future! Blessings, Joan

Thank you for visiting me today! Your comments bring joy to my heart. I have noticed that when posting comments through an iPad or iPhone (or similar device), the Disqus comment form doesn't show on Blogger blogs! (Very strange!) And, as a result, I only discover your comments when I check my dashboard every few days. So, if you don't see your comment posting right away, don't worry...I'll find it soon! Thank you again for stopping by today!
